"At the opening of all sessions of the Loard of
commissioners the City Clerk shall note in the minutes the names
of all members of the board who are presont. After the board
shall have transacted all of its business by proceeding with the
order of business asprovided above, the i.:ayor shall recognize
any person in attendante at a meeting and ,ive such person an
opportunity to be heard concernin3 any matter requiring the
attention of the board, but no pors.�n shall be permitted to speak
loner than ten minutes on any one subject at any meeting of said
board."
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
