A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO FILE AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA THROUGH THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC
WORKS FOR A LOAN AND GRANT TO'AID IN FINANCING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
ADDITIONAL SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS AND EXTENSIONS TO
OTHERS, ETC., AND DESIGNATING SAID BOARD OF EDUCATION TO FURNISH
SUCH INFORnA.TION AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY REQUEST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF TEE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Education of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky be and they are authorized to execute and file an
application on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky to the
Jnited States of America for a loan and grant to aid in financing
the construction of add tional buildings at Tilghman High School,
krcadia and Franklin Junior High Schools, and Lincoln School,etc.
SECTION 2.
That the Board of Education of Paducah, Kentucky, be
hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
United States of America through the Bederal Emergency Administrat-
ion of Public Works may reasonably request in connection with the
application which is herein authorized to be file•.
