BE IT ORDAINED BY T11 _ BOARD OF Ca -.:.[-_i', OF THE
CITY OF Pt'-_-:UClK, TENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That L. V. Bean, City :tanager, is hereby authorized
and empowered to sign all necessary pro.osals, contracts and other
obligations necessary with the Works Pro_ress Administration of
the United States for the pur;;ose of "t•ocuring the construction
and erection of a swimming pool within said City under the terms
o. the proposal furnished for execution by said City.
SECTION 2.
L. V. Bean, City 'tanager, is hereby authorized and
empowered to sign for and on behalf of the City of Paducah any
proposals or contracts and other obligations with the Works
Progress Administration of the United States for theconstruction
and erection of a Club House and al]_ accessories, additions and all
facilities necessary for the operation thereof.

L. V. Bean, City L'anager of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized and empowered to sign for and on b h if of the
City of Paducah, any and all p_-oposals; contracts and undertakings
with the !,orks Progress Administration of th; United States for
the purpose of ,procuring the c nstruction of my •nd all sewers
under the original program of sewer extension in the City of
Paducah, and under -the proposal now submitted or any hereafter
that mvy be submitted to the said City by the srid Works Progress
Adinistration of the United States. II
