'`-71FR2AS, it is deemed a necessity and is hereby
declared by the Board of Commissioners to be a necessity that side-
walks be constructed upon both sides of Washington Street from the
::'est property line of Nineteenth Street to a point 150 feet .,lest
of the 'lest property line of Twentieth Street, and curbs and gutters
on both sides of Washington Street from the !:rest property line of
Nineteenth Street to the East curb line of Twenty -First Street, tm_
gether with all necessary manholes, intakes, sewers, catch basins
and driveways; same to be made of concrete, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVFD BY THE BOA "D OF CO0ffi7ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That both sides of Washington Street from the hest
property line of Nineteenth Street to a point 150 feet '.Jest of the
!"lest property line of Twentieth Street, be improved by constructing
thereon concrete sidewalks U and that on both sides of said !'lashington
(Street, from the !lest property line of Nineteenth Street to the
East Curr line of Twenty -First Street, said street be improved by
constructing ti,ereon concrete curbs and gutters, with all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewers., driveways and all necessary
and all necessary sewer pipe and all necessary engineering,
advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith'
and all to be paid for by the owners of abutting property and con-
structed upon the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
rrdinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
rublication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolut on shall take effect ten days after its
