BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COZI-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The apportionment and a)propriation of the public funds and revenues of the City of Paducah for the year 1935, pursuant to request contained in the resolution adopted by the Board of Education of the City of Paducah, and the levy made in accordance therewith by the Board of Education of said City, including the rates of said levies, shall be added to and included in the tax bills for said year, and collected by the City Treasurer and accounted for as collected and as required by lair to the Board of Education of the City of Paducah, - except that so much of said taxes as are levied and collected for interest and sinking fund purposes and for the payment of School Improvement Bonds shall be retained by the City Treasurer and apportioned and applied to said accounts. SECTION 3. That on the 15th day of December, 1935, an approximate estimate shall be made of the amount necessary 'to pay maturing claims until the 1st day of January, 1936, and all accounts in excess of said actual needs shall be converted into the General Funds of the City for the purpose of taking un and discharging obligations of the City. SECTION g. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption, and the rate of compensation of pay embracing increases or decreases shall as to such increases or decreases be effective from and including the 1st day of April 1935.
