BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COtTI:IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an Ordinance entitled 11 AN ORDINANCE FURTHER REGULATING TIE, METHODS OF PAYING TAXES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PROVIDING FOR PARTIAL PAYMENTS THEREOF AND EXTENDING THE TIME FOR PAYING THE SECOND HALF YEARS TAXES UNDER SAID PARTIAL PAYMENT PLANT' which was adopted on the 12th day of ?,larch, 1934, be now amended and reenacted, so that the same as so amended and reenacted will read as follows: 11 SECTION" 1 Subject to the provisions of Sections 3184-3185 Kentucky Statutes. as amended, any tax payer who desires to Day his annual ad valorem taxes in .installments as herein provided, may pay the same in the following manner: � If said taxes be paid in full during the month of April in any year, said tax payer will be allowed a discount of 35 on the amount of his taxes for said year. If said taxes be paid in full during the month of liay, a discount of 2% shall be allowed on such payment. Said discount shall apply only upon payment in full for the whole annual ad valorem taxes of such I tax payer for such year. Should said tax _payer desire to pay his taxes in installments or by partial payments, he may do so as f ollows : Prior to the lst day of July, he may pay any amount at any ti:ue he so desires on his tax bill for the lst half of said year. At any time prior to the 1st day of November, the tax payer may pay any sum or amount he may so desire on any tax bill for the last half of the year. So much of said taxes as remain unpaid on the first half yearts tax bill . on the lst day of July shall be subject to the penalties =.g and interest hereinafter provided. So much of said taxes as remain unpaid on the last half year's tax bill on the lst day of November shall be subject to the penalties and interest hereinafter provided. If not less than one-half of such ad valorem taxes due to be paid during the second half of each year shall be paid prior to the lst day of November, 'the remaining one-half thereof may be paid during the month 6 November iAthout the addition of penalties and interest. If any part of said last half years taxes remain unpaid on the'lst day of December, the penalties and interest hereinafter provided in Section 2 of this Ordinance shall apply, to such balance of unpaid taxes.
