WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereb,declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on ':irashington Street from the !'fest property
line of Nineteenth Street to the East curb line of Twenty -First Street,
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling)
of same, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and
sewer pipe connections; NOV!, THEFEFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THF BOARD OF C01-11,1IS'IONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on 'rlashington Street, from the ':;'est
Property line of Nineteenth Street to the East curb line of Twenty -First
Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and
graveling of same, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch
basins and sewer pipe connections and all necessary engineering,-
advertising
ngineering,advertising and legal and clerical service in connection Uhereti:=ith, in
accordance with the plans and specifications provided therefor by the
Commissioner of Public Works, at the cost of the abutting property oi:'ners
thereon on both sides thereof, and providing that the cost of such con-
struction may be paid in accordance with the provisions of the ten year
payme t plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
)rdinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and pub-
Lication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
)assage.
