AN ORDINANCE DECLARING PARK AVENUE FROM AND
INCLUDING THE INTERSECTION AT TENTH STREET TO THE CITY LIMITS
TO BE A BOULEVARD, AND REGULATING Tf ?, SA?.,!E, AND PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COuiTlISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, IINTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Park Avenue within the City of Paducah from
and including the intersection with Tenth Street Westwardly
to the City Limits beyond Noble Park is hereby declared to be
a boulevard and all vehicles whatevr kind, approaching said
boulevard at the intersections of same, shall come to a full
stop before proceeding to enter or cross said street or
bulevard except that at such intersections as have installed
thereat traffic lights, the provisions of this section shall
not apply but the provisions of other ordinances regulating
traffic by traffic light shall control at such intersections.
SECTION 2.
Any person, firm, company or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than
�$ 5.00 nor more than $ 20.00 for each violation thereof.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption. ,
