BE IT CRDAINED BY TPP BOARD OF COG^rrIS"ION>•RS OF TITP. CITY OP PADUCAH, KMTTUCICY: SECTION 1. That every person, firm, company or corporation before engaging in the business, occupation, trade or calling of a plumbing and heating contractor or plumbing shop, shall pay a license tax of $25.00 per year to the City Treasurer of the City of Paducah. SECTION 2. All the requirements, regulations and. restrictions of the general license ordinance of the City of Paducah adopted by the Board of Commissioners on the 30th day of December, 1932, and all penalties therein prescribed shall govern and control and apply to plumbin.g shops and plumbing and heating contractors as herein Drovided and a failure to comply with the Drovisions of that ordinance in all respects except as to the payment of the amount of license fee therein provided, shall continue in force and be enforcible against plumbing and heating contractors and plumbing shops, as contemplated in this ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall not be construed to repeal any part of the general license ordinance of the City of Paducah, but shall be construed only as substituting the license fee of 25.00 for the license fee of 'u 50.00, as provided in said general license ordinance, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoptio Signed C� ir ayor Adopted by the Board of Commissioners January 18th, 1934.
