AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 017 I-TUTIDRED AND

77ITEREAS , the Paducah Board of Trade is an
organization engaged mainly in the business of promoting the
establishment and location of industries in the City of
Paducah, and obtaining advantages for them through various
channels, and of advertising the trade, commerce, manufactures
and commercial resources of said City: and it now desires for
such purposes an appropriation of One Hundred and Twenty
(N120.00) Dollars, and which service is of great value to the
people of the City of Paducah. Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF BOARD OF COMIWTSSI04ERS (F
THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1.
There is hereby appropriated out of any funds
or moneys in the treasury of the City of Paducah, not otherwise
appropriated, the sum of One Hundred and 'Aienty (�120.00) Dollars
to be paid to the Pac'u cah Board of Trade for the purpose of
advertising the trade, commerce, manufactures and commercial
resources of the City of Paducah, and to be used solely for such

purposes. The Commissioner. of Public Finance is hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to draw his check for such
purpose, payable to the Paducah Board of Trade, and charge same
to account of Contingent Fund.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its adoption by the Board of Commissioners.
