AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF All ALLEY IN
BLOCIC NO. 30, HARRIS,FLOURNOY, NORTON AND T1MfBLF1S ADDITION
TO PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
:11HERFAS, it is deemed expedient to close the alley
extending from Finley Street to Burnett Street in Block No. 30
Harris, Flournoy, Norton and Trimble's Addition to the City of
Paducah, NO`N, 'THERFFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COTFTTISSInNFRS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the alley indicated on the plat as being twenty five
(25) feet in width extending from Finley Street to Burnett Street,
midway between Eighth Street and Ninth Street, in Block No. 30,
Harris, Flournoy, Norton and Trimble+s Addition to the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, but which alley has long since been actually
abandoned, be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and
discontinued; and the City Solicitor is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to institute an action in McCracken Cir-
cuit Court for the purpose of closing said alley in said Block
No. 30, aforesaid, and he .-rill make the or.mers of all property
interested in the closing of said alley, narties to said suit.
SECTION 11.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its adoption and publication.
