REGULATING. TTTI•: SAME, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TTTP BOARD OF COIIITqSSInITFRS OF UTE
CITY OF PADUCAI?, KETITUCKY.
SECTION 1.
South Nineteenth Street from Broadway to Jackson
Street, and Guthrie Avenue from Jackson Street to the Old
Mayfield Road, are hereby declared to be a continuous boulevard
and all vehicles of every kind approaching said streets at all
intersections shall come to a stop before proceeding. to enter,
or cross said streets.
SECTION 2.
Any person, firm, corroany or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not .less than
5.00 nor more than :y 20.00 for each offense.
SFCTION 3.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewitr are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SFCTIGPT 4.
This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage.
