LICENSE TAX BILLS AND AUTOIJOBILL, LICENSE BILLS FOR 71Tir YFAR
1933 THE PENALTY OF TEN (1(;x) PSR CENT A7'TACRITTG THERETO
ON FEBRUARY 1ST, 1933, PROVIDED SAID LICENSE TAXES ARE PAID
BEFORE THE 11TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1933.
°1HF.REAS, the Board of Commissioners desires.to
extend the penalty date on license tax bills and automobile
license bills for a Period of ten days in order to assist
many tax payers in meeting the demand for license taxes, NOW
THEREFORF,
BE IT RESOLVED By THE BOARD OF COR'VISSIOTTERE OF
TYT CITY OF PADUCAR, KFN',PUCKY.
SECTION 1.
That the Commissioner of Public Finance is hereby
authorized and empowered to deduct from all license tax bills
including automobile license tax bills due for the year 1933,
the penalty thereon after February 1st and to receive the net
amount of said tax without the penalty, provided said taxes are
paid before the 11th day of February 1933, and the action of
said Commissioner of Public Finance in so deducting said penalty
and receiving net amount of said taxes on said license tax bills
for the year 1933 is hereby authorized, directed and ratified

fully as to each penalty so eliminated and each license tax bill
so receipted prior to the 11th day of February 1933.
SECTION 2,
This resolution shall be operative from its adoption
and shall cover all license taxes paid prior to the 11th day
of February, 1933.
