Ylhereas, on the 7th day of December, 1881 conveyance rias made to T. 1-I. Flournoy and transfer from the City of Paducah, Kentucky to lot „111, in Block ;17 in Oak Grove Cemetery, said lot lying on the 'fest side of Peach Avenue and between Cypress Street and I-,Tyrtle Street, for a valua.le consideration then paid by him, And, Whereas, thereafter• it appearing that the said T.H. Flournoy died and his heirs on the 18th of February, 1892 by written assignment on said easement record, to-r'it, K.R. Flournoy, Kate Flournoy and L. "T. Boswell sold and transferred as the heirs of said T. H. Flournoy all their rights and interest therein to P. B. Elliott, and, YJhereas, P. r'. Elliott is now dead and Bessie Elliott Denton is one of his heirs,and whereas, all the other heris of P. B. Elliott, to -crit: Charles P. Elliott, T'eulah Elliott Martin, Leslie Elwood Elliott, Lee Elliott, Betty Elliott and Addie Elliott did on the 2nd day of November, 1929, transfer all of their rights in same to the said Bessie Elliott Denton, their sister, by conveyance endorsed on said easement paper issued by the City of Paducah originally to T. H. Flournoy, and the said bessie Elliott Denton desiring the record to show that the lot is now in her name so far as the rights and privileges thereunder are concerned, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLWD, that the transfers to her, as hereinabove set out, are approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, and it is directed upon the records of the City kept for that purpose that it will be noted that the rights and privileges to said Lot ,flll in Plock /17, as above described, shall be from now on the orinerty of and belong to the said Bessie Elliott Denton, subject to all. the riles and regulations of the Oak Grove Cemetery Board of Trustees and the City Commissioners of the City of Paducar now in effect or hereafter placed in effect.
