A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFFR OF A LOT IN
OAK GROVE CEMETERY FROM R. F. AGNEW TO NELLIE PO'11ELL AND AER
BROTHER, JOHN AGNEW, BEING LOT NUMBER 519., IN BLOCK #35, IN
OAK GROVE CEIJ[ETERY.
,' REAS, on the 28th day of June, 1900, a certain
lot in Oak Grove Cemetery, known as Lot # 519, in Block-IIrl 35
and its uses were granted to R. E. Agnew, his heirs and assigns,
and which was approved on July 2, 1900, and,
11MEREAS, by endorsement upon said deed or concession
R. E. Agnew has given permission to use said lot as they like
to Nellie Powell and John Agnew.
THEREFORE, NOY! BE IT RESOLVED, that transfer of ,such
lot is approved to the extent of allowing the said Nellie Powell
and her brother, John Agnew, to use said lot, subject to any
graves now on said lot, and reserving to the said R. E. Agnew
the permission to bury one more person on said lot. And the
privileges herein given to Nellie Powell and John Agnew are
subject to all the rules and regulations and laws governing
Oak Grove Cemetery.
This Resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage.,
