WHEREAS, the National Bellas Hess Company doing business at 114 North 3rd Street'in the city of Paducah, Kentucky in the early months of 1932 paid into the City Treasury ;a 388.44, taking therefor receipted tax bill covering ad valorem taxes for the last half of 1932 on property knoim as 114 North 3rd Street, and, WHEREAS, said ad valorem taxes on said real estate are to be paid not by the National Bellas Hess Company but by firs. Lina Skinner of Paducah, Kentucky, and, MEREAS, the National Bellas Hess Company has paid city taxes for the entire ydar 1932 on their entire personal property assessment, TTU.?, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COT.%,4ISSIOITRS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH: SECTION 1 That the.Commissioner of Public Finance be and he is hereby authorized to refund to the National Bellas Hess Company 488.44, representing the amount paid into the city Treasury by mistake by the National Bellas Hess Company, covering tax bill # 4258 covering ad valorem tflxes for last half of year 1932 on the real estate in Paducah, Kentucky known as 114 North Third Street, and that aforesaid Commissioner of Public Finance receive and return to its proper place among the records in his office the .taf receipt for said amount hereto -fore given by the aforesaid Commissioner of Public Finance on June 30th, 1932.
