A RESOLUTION RFLATING
TO THE RPSIGNATION OF MISS ANNA
F. LOCKHART, SUPFRINTENDENT OF
RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL.
WHEREAS, Miss Anna F. Lockhart was appointed and
assumed charge of Riverside Hospital as ,uperintendent in January,
1928, and during her administration as such superintendent has
inaugurated and put into operation numerous improvements, and has
built up the hospital to a standard of efficiency which it has never
before enjoyed, and
.'IHEREAS, as she has tendered her resignation as
superintendent, effective December 3, 1931, and desires to be
immediately relieved og responsibility as such superintendent,
NOW'. THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONFRS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY
SECTION' 1.
That the resignation of Miss Anna F. Lockhart as
superintendent of the Riverside hospital be received and accepted;
and that in so accepting said resignation the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Paducah express their appreciation of
the capable and efficient management of said hospital under the
direction of Miss Lockhart in building up, extending and enlarging
its capacity and facilities and in standardizing said hospital,
all of which work was under the direction of Miss Lockhart.
SECTION 2.
That a certified copy of this resolution be furnished
to Miss Lockhart.
