BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPAMISS IONFRS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE R.H.NOBLE PARK IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF," which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on the 3rd day of July, 1930, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto as Section lA the following, to -wit: Section IA. The driveway into the R.H. Noble Park, leading from Park Avenue, or Hinkleville Road extended, through the entrance to the Anna Mary Baumer Field, shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a one way drive and all traffic over said road shall be by the entrance at Park Avenue, or Hinkleville Road, towards and to the Anna I}Tary Baumer Field, and shall continue from Anna Mary Baumer Field, and the parking spaces thereat, over the driveway from said field to the circular driveway in R.H. Noble Park, which driveway is also herecy declared to be a one way drive, and all traffic over it shall be from the direction of said aMletic field towards said circular driveway, and no vehicular travel shall be over said driveway from said circular drive to said athletic field, nor shall any of the travel go out said driveway from the Anna Mary Baumer Field to Park Avenue, or Hinkleville Road at the entrance first above described, it being the purpose of this dection to require all travel to and from said Anna Mary Baumer Field to enter said park at the western entrance known as the Anna Mary Baumer Field entrance and to continue so as to make the exit from said park at the eastern entrance on Park Avenue, or Hinkleville Road at the junction of 28th.street. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined in any sum not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars nor more than Twenty ($20.00) Dollars. SECTION 2.
