HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 9, Page 641, No Ordinance NumberPage 641 n 1; AN ORDINANCE TO PREVENT LOITERING AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT IN ANY AND ALL PUBLIC PARKS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND PRESS PENALTIES THEREFOR. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; SECTION 1. No person shall enter, remain in, or be upon any public park in the City of Paducah after the hour of 12:00 o"clock midnight on'any night, nor shall any person engage in any boisterous, loud, obscene or disorderly conversation, or use any vulgar or obscene language in any of said public parks at any time; nor shall any person be guilty of any disorderly conduct in any of said public parks at any time. Any peace officer is authorized and directed to arrest any and all persons violating the provisions of this ordinance in his presence; Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in an y sum not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars nor more than Twenty ($20.00) Dollars; provided, that if the acts for which the persons charged with violating this ordinance shall constitute a violation of other laws or ordinances imposing a larger penalty than that prescribed herein, then the larger penalty shall be applicable to the offense under this ordinance. adoption.
