BF IT ORDAINED BY THF BOARD OF COMMISSIONFFS OF THE CITY OF PAPUCAH, KENTUCKY; j SECTION 1. There is hereby levied for the year 1931 upon all the taxable property within the City of Paducah, Kentucky, real and personal, an ad v..lorem tax of One & 50/100 ('1.50) Dollars upon each One Hundred QI100.00) Dollars c-orth of such taxable property, pursuant to Section 157 of the Ftate Constitution and the statute lovas of the state, for city purposes; and the Eoard of Education of the City of Paducah, fbrsuant to authority vested in it under its charter and the laws of the State of Kentucky, have by appropriate resolutions 1(7vied an ad valorem tax upon all taxable property ^"ithin the City cf Paducah, Kentucky, real and personal, for school purposes One & 15/100 01.15) i Dollars upon each One Hundred (ti'100.00) Dollars of such prop rty, and likewise and under said sntlority a tax of Fourteen ($0.14) Cents upon each One Hundred (,100.00) Dollars of such taxable property for the nurpose of pa-inc the interest on the School Improve,ents Bonds and to create a sinking fund for the naynu.nt of swirl bonds at maturity, making i in all said taxes for city and school purposes a total tax of Two & 79/ro. 0;2.79) Dollars on each One Hundred 0100.00) Dollars of all taxable property, both real and personal in the City of Paducah, Kentucky. There i is also hereby levied a p011 tax of One & 50/100 ($1.50) Dollars on ea& 1 male resident of the City of Paducah over twenty-one (21) years of age for the year 1931. The tax levies herein enumerated shall each and all of them be placed upon the tax bills for the year 1931 and collected and accounted for as required by law. SECTION 2. All revenues derived from licenses or other sources collected and paid to the Commissioner of Public Pinance shall be distributed to their respective accounts in the same proportion as the ad valorem tax hereinbefore provided for, except sources of revenues which have not been considered in making up the apportionment ordinance, and in the event of the collection of any revenues or other income which was not considered in making up the apportionment ordinance, then such revenues or income shall be credited to the General Fund.
