A RESOLUTION RECEIVING, FILING AND APPROVING
THE REPORT OF THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION, AND RATIFYING DECREASE IN
REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENT FOR 1931.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COTAWISSIONFRS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the report of the Board of Equalization
of the City of Paducah for the year 1931, together with the order
of sa3' Board decreasing uniformly the assessment on real estate
in tre City of Paducah tv:enty 1206) per cent for the year 1931,
be received, filed and conc:rred in by the Board of Commissioners.
SECTION 2.
That this resolution and the order of the Board
of Equalization decreasing said assessment aforesaid, together
with the communication from said Board of Equalization submitting
said order of decrease, be, and the same are hereby ordered to be
Dublished in the official newspaper.
