AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED OF MCCRACKEN COUNTY TO THE
ELMIWOOD CEMETERY PROP, RTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF. BOARD OF COI:4MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. j
That the City of Paducah does hereby and by the adoption of this
ordinance accept from the county of McCracken its decd of quit claim
to that certain lot and parcel of property known and described as the
Elmwood Cemetery property for the consideration and purpose stated in
said deed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption.
