AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
(PROPERTY FROM :TRS. BLANCHE KEILFP. FOR PARK PURPOSES MN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,

WHEREAS, Mrs, Blanche Keiler has offered to dedicate for
park purposes a certain lot and parcel of real estate situated on
(Broadway street, and on the.south side of Broadway between Keiler i
street and Nahm street, and Broadway and Kentucky, and
WHEREAS, by said deed of dedication it is proposed that the
City of Paducah shall assume and pay all taxes hereafter to accrue
and mature against said property, including street, sewer and side-
walk claims, snd that said property shall be maintained as a park and
held and used for park ourposes, NO'.r', THF'rFORF,
BE IT ORDKINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISFIONRRF OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Mayor be and he is hereby ad.thorized and empowered
to receive and accept from Mrs. Blanche Keiler her deed 'of dedication
to a certain tract and parcel of real estate on the south side of
Broadway and described in said deed; which property is so accepted
for park purposes and to be used as a park and recreation grounds,
and kept, held and improved by the City of Paducah and used for said
punposes only, and the City of Paducah by the acceptance of said
deed assumes and agrees to pay any and all taxes of every kind,
including street, sewer and sidewalk taxes now due or hereafter to
mature against the Droperty.'

This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its
