necessity that the driveway on South Seventh Street, from the north
property line of ':7a2bington street to the south property line of
Clark Street, in the City of Paducah,Kentucky to constructed and
reconstructed of improved pn-ing material, and
71UPPFAS, the Fiscal o,) -rt of McCracken County has, by
nn order duly entered upon its Order Book under date of July 1,
1930, reauested the City of Paducah.to )ro,7ide for the improvement
of said street •s herein provided, and has appropriated olzt of the
funds of McCracken ounty the sum of Seventeen Hundred and fifty
0;1750.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the
payment of t,e ..ountyTs portion of the cost of s^id improvement,
and *ich order is in words as folloe:.,s: "T1,e County of McCracken
by Pnd through its Fiscal Court, hereby recnzests the governing
authorities of tre City of PaTuc-h, to take such steps as are
necessary for the hard surfacing of south seventh street from
"9ashington to „Mark Street and to that end the sum of "1750.00
or so -much thereof ss may be necessary is hereby anpropriated for
p^yment of the County's portion of the cost trereof. Same being
Paynble out of t^e County Levy Fund aben the improvements are
completed."

That the dri^eway on South Seventh treet, from the

line of Clark ,street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be construct
and reconstr,icted of concrete, asphalt, bitulitT-ic or otter improved
paving material as may be determined by t' -e Board of „ommissioners

wl-th all necessary mnnholes. intnires, catch lasins, sewer and drain
pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and

clericah service in connection therewith, nnO 211 of which shall be done
on the ten year pnyment plpn and assessed against the abutting property
owners on both sides t}ereof, except that the portion of the cost of
said improvement to be assessed against the property constituting the
Court Rouse property and belonging?; to McCracken County shall be assessed
to the Fiscal tiourt of McCracken County and paid b-- it in accordance
with its resolution ^nd order made on July 1, 1930

and nUl ication of this resolution.
