thereunder be paid for by the abutting property owners on both i

duty given and inspection of said work and the recommendation of acceptenc,
made therefor by the Commissioner of Public "orks of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and pursuant to a -notion made by said Commissioner, which motion

SECTION 1.
That all of the property on both sides of Ohio Street, from
the west curb line of 25tr street to the enst curb line of 26th street,
in the pity of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, as sh.o!:^n by tine

FCT IONS.
That purslinnt to Section 3101 of the nent-ucky Statutes,
as amended and re-enacted and now in force, said assessment may be, a
option of the property owners, payable in cash within thirty days fro
the date of the passing and recording of this ordingnee, or in ten an W
installments, oursuant to the provisions of said statutes.
SRCTION 4.
In order to provide a fund for the immediate payment of he
cost of.that portion of the special assessments herein provided for, Inc
"!rich may be paid on the ten year installment plan ss hereinbefore
provided for, the City of raducnh may issue and sell imnrovement bond
and to secure the -payment of wrich bonds there is hereby nledgec, such
taxes and liens upon the nroAerty assessed herein for the payment of
the principal and interest on such bonds, but said bonds scall not be
sold for less than par, and the proceeds thereof apnlied exclusively
to payment for tre improvement of snid street as hereinbefore mentioned,
and s,:ch bonds, if issued, shall bear interest and shall be payable i
accordance with the provisions of Section 3101 of the Kentucky
Statutes, as amended and re-enacted by the General Assembly of the
Commonwealth of "entucky and now in force and effect.
SECTION 5.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from6
