AN ORDINANCE RF.GUTATING THE R.H. NOBLE PARE! IN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION TIIERFOF.

SECTION 1.
All vehicular travel of everi, kin6 in the R.H. Noble Park 1�
shall be limited to a speed of fifteen miles per hour, and all
vehicles of every kind entering said park shall enter by the right
entrance or driveway, and no vehicle of any kind shall enter by the
left entrance or driveway, and all conveyances of every kind shall
drive to the right so that the course of travel may not be such that
vehicles will meet each other. The provisions of this sections as
to one'diay travel shall not apply to the one way driveway extending
from the circular driveway in said park over to the municipal
play grounds, but vehiclr,s intending to go to the municipal play
grounds shall enter the park by the right driveway so as to make a
right turn into the drive -ay to the municipal play grounds, and
vehicles leaving the municipal play grounds shall, when they arrive
at the circulPr driveway in said park, turn to the right so as to
leave the park by the richt hand. driveway. No person shall park any
vehicle so as to block the passage or obstruct traffic on any of
said driveways in said park. Any persons violating the provisions
of this section shall be fined in any sum not less then Five ($5.00)
Dollars, nor more than Twenty (,x,'20.00) Dollars.
SECTION 2.
No person shall cause or permit to be left loose or running.
at large any dog or other animal. And any dog taken into said park
shall be securely fastened into a vehicle, or securely held by a
chain or rope and shall at all times be under the control and held
by an attendant. Any person violatin- the provisions of this
section shall be fined in any sum not less than Five (¢5.00) Dollars.

SECTION 3.
No person shall cause or permit any flo:•rers, shrubbery,
trees or other property in said park to be injured, mutilated or
destroyed. Any person violating the provisions of this section
shall be fined not less than Five 0;5.00) Dollars, nor more than
Twenty (.20.00) Dollars.
SECTION 4.
No person shall cause or permit to be deposited upon or
left in said park any papers, boxes, trash or other refuse, rubbish

or waste material of any kind. Any person violating the provisions

of this section shall be fined not less than -Five ($5.00) Dollars, nor
more than Twenty (T-20.00) Dollars.
SECTION 5.
I
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
