AND ALL NECESSARY ENGINEERING, ADVERTISING AND LEGAL AND CLERICAL

!',TFRFAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that concrete sidewalk and driveways be con-tructed
on the north side of Jefferson 2tteet, from a point annroximately
200 feet west of the west property line of Twenty-fifth street
to the east curb line of Twenty-seventh street, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, NO77, TRTREFORE,
BE IT RI:SOL•VFD BY THE BOARD OF COP,11.7IFSIONF.RS OF THE
CITY Or PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That concrete sidewalk and driveways be constructed
on the north side of Jefferson street' from a point approximately
200 feet west of the wesit property line of Twenty-fifth street
to the east curb line of Twenty-seventh street, in the city of
Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, together with all necessary
manholes, intakes, c^tch basins, se,>:er and drain pipe, and all
necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service
in connection therewith. All of nhich shall be done on the ten
year payment plan and assessed against the abutting nroperty
owners on the north side cf said street.
SECTION 2;
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption
and publication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
passage.
