That on the 15th day of December, 1930, an approximate estimate shall be made of the amount necessary to pay maturity claims until the first day of January, 1931, and all amounts in excess of actual needs shall be converted into the general funds of the City, for the Ipurpose of taking up obligations of the City. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith dare hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, record and publication. r.: SIGNED MAYOR .
