AN ORDINANCE DECLARING WASHINGTON STF,EF.T, FROM
Fyt9T STPEFT TO TENTH STREET, OR MURRELL BOULEVARD, END ALL OF THE
PROPFFTY ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STRFFT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AFORESAID
TO BF. BUSINESS PF.OPFRTY, UPON THE REQUEST OF THE CITY PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION.

OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the
City Planning and Zoning Commission that the property on both sides of
certain streets in the City of Paducah for the purpose of expediting the
granting of permits for the building of business houses, to -wit -
Washington Street, from First Street to Tenth Street, or Murrell
Boulevard, and all of the property on both sides of said street within
said limits, be, and the same are hereby declared to be business blocks
or districts within the meaning of the City Planning and Zoning law,
and the ordinances heretofore adopted.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
