CENTRAL AVENUE: AND THE LOVELACEVILLE ROAD, FROM THE INTERSECTION OF
BROAD1,UAY TO THE INTFR�'F.CTION OF THE BLANDVILLE ROAD, CR JACKSON STREET
EXTENDED, TO BE BO"LEVARDS, AND REGULATING THE SAME AND PRESCRIBITG
PENALTIE` FOR VIOLATION THFPrOF.
BE IT OPDAINFD BY THE BOARD OF CO1A-1V7SEIONFRS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
TI -at Broadway Street, from First Street to the :."est
side of 32nd Street; and Buckner Lane, or Broadway Extended, from 32nd
Street to Vine Street; and Jefferson Street, from First Street to the
gest side of 34th Street; and 35th Street, from 54th Street to Central
Avenue; and the Lovelaceville Road, from the intersection of Broadway
to the intersection of the Blandville Road, or Jackson Street extended,
are hereby declared to be boulevards, and all vehicles of every kind
approaching said streets or boulevards at the intersections of same shall
come to a full stop befrre proceeding to enter or cross said streets or
boulevards.
SECTION 2.
Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five ($5.00)
Dollars, nor more than nienty ($20.00) Do ears for each violation
thereof.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances in conflict hrrewith are to the extent
of such conflict hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage.
