FIHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a j
necessity that concrete sidewalks, driveways; curbs and gutters be
constructed on both sides of ':.'ashington Street, from the 'Nest property
line of Sixteenth Street to the East property line of Seventeenth Street,
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, NO"l, THFRFFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THr BOARD. OF COMMISSION -PS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, I4-INTUJCKY:
SECTION 1.
That concrete sidewalks, driveways, curbs and gutters
be constructed on both sides of '!Washington Street, from the ',Nest property
line of Sixte^nth Street to the East property line of Seventeenth Street,
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, together with all necessary manholes,
intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering
advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith;
all of c.,hich shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed again
at the abutting property owners on both sides of said street.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
publication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
