WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on Paxton Street, from the West property line

of Bloom Avenue to the '-'est property line of Alexander Aveime, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of gravel
street and concrete curbs, gutters and driveways, together with all
necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, NOW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOhRP, OP COM7ISSIONFPS
THE CITY OF FA DUCAH, KFTITUCICY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on Paxton Street, from the `.'.'est
property line of Bloom Avenue to the :''est property line of Alexander
Avenue, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed with gravel, and
concrete curbs, gutters and driveways, with all necessary manholes, intake;
catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering,
advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith, and
all of which shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed
against the abutting property owners on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
passage of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
passage;
