AN ORDINANCE DECLARING LaBELLE AWNUE, BET1,1MEN
BROAMMY STREET AND JEFFERSON STRFTT, IN TIF CI`;Y OF PADUCAH AND
ALL THT' PROPFRTY ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STREFT TO BE BUSINESS
PROPERTY, PURSUANT TO A REQ= T OF THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING
COirMISSION; PROVIDED, THAT NO BU`INESS BUILliING OR STRUCTURE SHALL
BE BUILT, CONSTRUCTED OR PLI:CED WITHIN T ENTY-FIVE (25) FEET OF THE
SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 001,P1AISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IMMUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission that the property on both sides of
LaBelle Avenue, between Broadway and Jefferson Street in the City
of Paducah, be, and the same is hereby declared to be business
property, or a business district, within the meaning of the City
Planning and Zoning law and the ordinances heretofore adopted;
provided, that no business building or structure shall be constructed
or placed within twenty-five (25) feet of the South property line of
Jefferson Street, and any hermit given or obtained authorizing or
allowing any such building or structure to be so erected or placed
nearer than twenty-five (25) feet of the South property line of
Jefferson Street shall be void and of no effect.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
