AN ORDINANCE DErICATING TO THE PUBLIC, THIRTFFNTH STREET
FROM PARK AVENUE 150 FEET NORTbWARD.
VMEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to extend Thirteenth
Street from Park Avenue (formerly Trimble Street) northward to
Bernheim Avenue, N015, TI-ITREFORE,
BE IT OF.DAINED BY THE BOARD OF COC.iF`IS, IONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah is the owner of and has the record
title to the property hereinafter described and it has and does
by this writing dedicate the same to the public for street purposes.
The property so dedicated is as follows;
Commencing at a point on the North
line of Tark Avenue (Formerly Trimble
Street), said beginning point being
where the West property line of 13th Street
intersects said North property line of
Park Avenue (formerly Trimble Street) as
now layed out, established and improved;
running thence at right angles in a
Northerly direction 150 feet; runs thence
at right angles in an Easterly direction
60 feet; runs thence at right angles in
a Southerly direction to the North line
of Park Avenue (formerly Trimble Str6et)
150 feet; runs thence to the place of
beginning. The property so dedicated
being property acquired by the City of
Paducah from F.H;Pope by deed of record
in Deed Book 143, page 320 and a part of
the land acquired by the City of Paducah
on April 10th. 1925 by deed of record in
Deed Book 145, page 261 from H.R.Robertson.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are to the
extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage
and approval.
