SECTION 1.
That the driveway on Jefferson Street from the Eact
property lire of Yinetecnth Street to the `^est property line of
Twent`g Fifth Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be con-
structed of concrete, asphalt, bitulithic or other improved paving
material as may be determined by the Board of Commissioners as the
best and most economical material for the construction thereof,

drain tile and sewer pipe and all engineering, advertising and
legal and clerical service in connection therewith and all of
