WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that concrete sidewalks, driveways, curbs and gutters be
constructed on both sides of Clark Street, from the 'i/est curb line
of Sixteenth Street to the East property line of Seventeenth Street,
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, NOVI, THEEEFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED EY THF BOARD OF COYMIESSIONERS
OF TIS: CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That concrete sidewalks be constructed on both sides
of Clark Street, from the ':!est curb line of Sixteenth Street to the
Fast property line of Seventeenth Street, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch
basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all m cessary engineering,
advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith;
all of which shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed
against the abutting.property rnaners on both sides of said street.
SECTION 2:
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
jordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
1passnge of this resolution,
SECTION 3.
This resolution sha'.1 take effect ten days after
its passn�-e.
