That it shall be unlawful for the ormer, operator or driver of Pay bus or motor coach engaged in the transportation of passengers for hire Letween the City of Paducah and points outside the County of McCracken, to have, use, or maintain a terminal station -on any of the streets, alleys or highways of the City of Paducah, rinmed in Section Four, hereof, or by advertisement or otherwise to induce people to as at points on any of the streets, highways or alleys of the City of Paducah named.in Lection Four hereof, for the purpose of taking passage upon such bus or motor coach. UCTION 2. .That it shall be unlawful for the owner, operator or driver of any bus or motor coach engaged in the transportation of passengers for hire from the City of Paducah to points outside the County of - McCracken to stop or park same for the purpose of taking on or dis- charging passangers or to park s -me for any purpose, at any point on the Streets, alleys or highways of the City of Paducah named in Section Four hereof. That it shnll be unlawful for the owner, operator or driver of any bus or motor coach, engaged in the transportation of passengers for hire between the City of Paducah and points outside the County of McCracken, to take on or dischage passengers r:ithin that portion of the City of Paducrih a.Lutting on and bounded by streets, -J11'eys and high- ways named in Section Your hereof, except at a terminal station which shall be located on private property and not on any of said streets, alleys or highylays. The alleys referred to in Sections one, two and three hereof shall be all alleys in the bloaks abutting on or bounded by any of the foregoing streets and siithin the territory embraced the boundary or territory including such streets. SECTION 5. That any person, firm or Cornoration violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than five nor more than Fifty Dollars for each offense. Each violation of. Sections One, Two, Three, or Four hereof shall constitute a separate offense. Y SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its adaption and publiention.
