'M=. EAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared
to be a necessity that the driveway on Myers Street, which is also
known and designated as Fourth Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
,rom the East property lire of Clements Street to the East End of
Fourth Street Bridge and from the 17est*end of the 4th Street Bridge to
the East property line of Broad Street 3n the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be constructed of improved paving material; now, therefore,

THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCIY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway. on Myers Street, which is also
!wozm as Fourth Street, from the East property line of Clements Street,
to the.East end of the Fourth Street Bridge and from the Vest End of the
Fourth Street; Bridge to the East property line of Broad Street, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of concrete, asphalt,
bitulithic or other improved paving material as may be determined by the
Board of Cornissioners as the best and most economical material for the
construction thereof, with all necessary curbs, gutters, manholes,
intakes, catch basins a$d seder pipe and engineering, advertising and leg-
al and clerical service in c6nnection therewith antt,all of which shall
be done or. the Ten Year Payment Plan and assessed against the abutting
property o::ners thereon on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.

Th£ City Solicitor is horeby directed to bring.
in an ordinance for tho construction of said cork auger the adoption
and publication of this resolution.
SECTIOU 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after
