OF PADUCAH, McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, '71TH ALL NECESSARY CURBS, GUTTERS,,
DRIVEWAYS, MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS, SEWFR AND DRAIN PIPE, AND
ALL NECESSARY ENGINETRING, ADVERTISING AND LEGAL AND CLrRICAL SERVICE IN

PROVIDING THAT SA:+;E FAY BE CONSTRUCTED UPON THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
V=EAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a
necessity that the driveway on Buckner Lane Road, or Broadway extended,
from the East property line of 32nd Street to the East property line of
Vine Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of improved
paving material, NOW, 9H7FFFORE,

OF,PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the drive,. -.,ay on Buckner Lane Road, or Broadway extended,
from the East property line of 32nd Street to the East property line of
Vine Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of concrete,
asphalt, bitulithic, or other improved paving material as may be
determined by the Board of Commissioners as the best and most economical
material for the construction thereof, with all necessary curbs, gutters,
driveways, manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and
all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical ,service in
connection therewith, and all of i-hich shill be done on the ten year
payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners on both
sides thereof:
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby diredted to bring in an
for the construction of said work after the adoption and publication of
this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its passage.
