SFCTION 1.
Shat the deed from Hecht S. Lackey and A.r% Foreman
to the City of Paducah of a strip of ground 15 feet in width
abutting upon iroadiway and extending back 152 feet to an alley
tos:ards Jef.rerson Street, for the price of Six TTnnd.red (:';600.00)
Dollars, be received and accepted, and. the Commissioner of Public
Finance is hereby authorized and directed to issue check in payment
therefor in the sum of Six Tlundred (,600.00) Dollars and charge
same to Contingent Fund. Said property so.conveyed shall be used
for the purpose of extending and establishing 26th Street between
BroP0,., iy Street and. Jefferson Street.
SFCTION 2.
This ordinance sh^11 be in full force and ef''ect
from and after its pass!=ge.
