SFCTION 1.
That -the deed from Edmund and Albert Fansen to the
City of Paducah of a strip of ground 15 feet in ridth abutting upon
Broadway and extending back 152 feet to an alley towards Jefferson Street,
for the price of Six Fundred (?600.00) Dollars, be received and accepted,
and the Commissioner of Public finance is In reb- authorized and directed
to issue check in pnvment therefor in the sum of Six Hundred (5;600.00)
Dollars and charge same to contingent fund. Said property so conveyed
sl,nll be used for the purpose of extending and establishing 26th Street
between Droadway Street and Je^ferson Street.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
