SECTION 2.
That'on the 15t] day of December, 1929, an approximate
estimate shall be wade of the amount to nab; maturity claims until the
first of January, 1930, and all amounts in excess of actual needs shall
be converted into the general funds of the City, for the purpose of
taking up obligations of the city.
SECTION 3.
All ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby renealed.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, rec rd and publii-cation.
