necessity that the alley lying betr:een Broadway and Kentucky Avenue, from
the West property line of 6th Street to the East property line of 7th
Street in the Cite of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of concrete,

THE CI^lY OF PADUCAH,, ITIF--TJCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the alley lying between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue,
from the ':"?est property line of 6th Street to the East property line of
7th Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of conmeete,
together with all necessary curb, gutter, driveways, menholes, intakes,
catch basins, sewer ^nd drain pipe, and all necessary engineering,
advertising dnd legal and clerical service in connection therewith;
all of which shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed
against the abutting property owners on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
publication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
passage.
