necessity that the driveway on 4th treet from the South property line of
I.'adison Street to the South property line of Clay Street; and on 5th
Strect from the South property line of ILwdison Street to the South
property line of Clay Street; and on 1'adison Street from the ?'lest
property line of 4th Sir*et to the East property line of 5th Street; and
on TTarrison Street from the 41est property line of 4th Street to the East
property line of 8th Street, except the intersections at 5th and Harrison
Streets, 6th and Harrison Streets, and 7th and Harrison Streets; and on
Clay Street from the East property line of 4th Street to the '.Jest
property line of 9th Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be con-

SECTION 1.
That the driveuay on 4th Street from the South property
line of Uadison `trect to the South property line of Cloy Street; and on
5th Street From the South property line of Fadison Street to the South
property line of Clay Street; and on 1Sadison Street from the ':!est property
line of 4th Street to the East property line of 5th Street; and on
Harrison Street from the '.:'est property line of 4th Street to the East
property line of 8th Street, except the intersections at 5th and Harrison
'treets, 6th and Farrison Streets and 7th and Harrison Streets; and on
Clay Street from the East property line of 4th Street to the 'lest property
line of 9th Street, in t -e City of Paducah, Kent-�cky, be constructed of
concrete, asphalt, bitulithic or otbr•r improved paving mat,rial as may
be determined 1-y the !<oard of Commissioners as the best ardi ;ao,t economics'

material for the construction thereof, with all necessary curb,
gutter, drivev:ays, manholes, intakes, catch basins, see:er and drain
pipe, and nil necessary engineering, advertising and legal and
clerical service in connection therci�**ith, and all of which shall be
done on the ten ,year payment plan and assessed against the abutting
property orm ers on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said :;cork after the adoption and
publication of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
passage'.
