January, 1929, pursuant to the .recommend^tion made therefor by the
Comdiissioner of Public '::orks and pursuant to a motion made by said
Com,issioner, which motion was duty adopted by the Board of Commissioners

FTC -ION 1.
That all of the prone rty on both sides of Seventh Street,
.from the north curb line of Fusbands Street to the south ourb line of
Cn,d1�:ell Street, and on Csld ell Street. from the west curb line of
Seventh Street to the east curb line of Eighth Strect, in the City of
Paducah, Fteniucky, be, and the spme is hereby assessed for the cost of
construction of gravel street, and all necessary manholes, intakes,
catch basins, and se-er pipe connections, snd all necessary engineering,
advertising: and legal and clerical service in connection there•rrith.
r�il of said work has been done under the ordinance and contract aforesaid
and said ossessmentlis as follows, to -grit:
Gravel Street construction 371 in width r:<1.60 per abutting ft.

Commissioner of Public '•`'orks, which estimates nre adopted and made part

SECTION 2.
That all of the funds derived from the asses^nent of
snid nroperty aforesaid shell be used for the purpose of paving off the
tax bills issued against ssi^ nroperty, or such boncls as may be issued by
by the City of Paducah pursuant to Section 7,101 of the Kentucky Statute:.
SLCTION 3.
That pursuant to section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes,
as amended snd rc-enacted and no,.,., in force, said assessments mn.y be,
at the option of the property owners, payable in cash within thirty days
from the date of the passing and recording of this ord innnce, or in
ten annual installments, nureuant to the nrovisions of s^id Statutes.
SECTION 4.
In order to provide a fund for the immediate psyment
of the cost of flint nor'ion of the special assessments her -in nrovided
for, and ^ Iricl- ma'I be na.id on the ten .,e gr inst-'33.1.ment plan, as herein-
