S'CTION 1.
Jefferson Street, from First Street to '.Pefenty-fifth Street,
inclusive, is hereby declare(] to be a boulevard and all vehicles
of every kind approaching said street at all intersections shall
come to a stop before procee:'ing to enter or cross said street.
SECTION 2.
Any porson, firm, company or corporation violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five
(:'5.00) Dollars nor more than Twenty 020,00) Dollars for each
offense.
STCTIOH 3.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed,to the extent of such conflict.
SECTIOII 4.
This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
it passage.
