WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declares' to be a
necessity that the driveway on North Thirteenth Street, from the
':lest curb line of Atkins Avenue to the present city limit line,
which line is approximately 149 feet west of the west property
line of Reed Avenue, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be improved
by the grading and graveling of same, NOVI, THEREFORE,
BE IT'RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, MIITUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the drivevray on North Thirteenth Street, from the
st curb line of Atkins Avenue to the present city limit line,
which line is approximately 149 feet crest of the crest property line
of Peed Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be improved,by
grading al -A graveling same, together with all necessary engineering,
advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith;
all of which shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed
against the abutting property owners thereon on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said viork after the adoption and
passage of this resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution scall. t, -,1,e effect ten days after its
passage:
