The narking of all vehicles on the hest side of Fifth Street
between Broadwry Street and the driveway entering the postoffice property
between the postoffice building and the Elks' Club is hereby prohibited,
provided, hosaever,that persons may stop within said area temporarily and
for the purpose only of entering the postoffice to deposit their mail
dor to get their mail from the postoffice, and in no event shall such,
or any vehicle be permitted to remain in said area for a longer period
than ten (10) minutes. Any person, firm, -corporation or company
violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be finod in ony sum not
less than Five (f5.00) Dollars nor more than Twenty (,;20.00)Dollars, and
each time any vehicle is left standing in s -.id prohibited area as herein
Provided shall constitute a separate offense;
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall teke effect from and after its passage.
