SECTION 2.
The a,+portionmont and appropriation of the public funds an
rovenues of the City of Paducah, for the year 1938, pursuant to
request contained in the resolution adopted by the Board of
_ducat'.on of the City of Paducah, and the levy suggested by said
hoard of7ducation of such purposes, including the rates of said
levies as approved and established by the Board of Commissioners o.
said. City, and to that extent only, shall be added to and included
in the tax bills for said years, and collected by the City Treasur
and accounted for as collected, and as required by lav to the Boar,
of Education of said city,- except that so much of said taxes as
are levied and collected for interest and sinking fund purposes,
and for the payment of school improvement bonds shall be retained
the City Treasurer and apportioned and applied to said accounts
and except further that so much of said levy of said taxes as
applies to and is for the interest and benefit of the Teachers
.,etirement 5und, which shall be paid by the City of Paducah to the
-reasurer therepf; and provided further that the levy for the
benefit of the Paducah Junior College shall be paid by said City
to the Treasurer of said college.
SECTION 3.
That on the 15th day of December, 1938, an approximate
esti-ate c_;atl be nide of the amount necessary to pay maturing
unt.l the 1st day of January, 1939, and all accounts of
