BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C010JISM ONERS OF THE CI1t OF PADU.AH, KENTUCKY; i Section 1. That the Offer of the United States o8 America to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to aid by way of a grant in finencing the construction of additions and alterations to certain school buildings, which Offer is in words and figures as follows: "FEDERAL EMERGENCY AEMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC WORKS Washington, D:C. Dated: Sept. 27, 1937 The City of Paducah, :'cCracken County, Kentucky, Paducah, Kentucky, 1. Subject to the Terms and conditions (PWA Form No. 230) which are mode a pert hereof, the United Statas of America here- by offers to aid in financing the construction of additions end' riterations to four school buildings, including necessary equip- ment t'.crefor, (herein called the "Project") by making a grant to the City of Peduceh, Kentucky (herein called the ,"Applicant") in tihe' amount of 45 percent of the cost of the Project upon completion, a determined by the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, (herein Called the "Administrator"), but not to exceed, in any event, .he sum of .„152,182. 2.
